Labneh is a great dip eaten in the morning for breakfast all around the middle east,it goes great with olives, you can spread it on bread with a few olives on top accompanied with a nice hot cup of tea.

It is the Lebanese version of cream cheese but with a hint of a sour taste,and is a lot healthier and much lower in calories than cream cheese.It is made from yogurt  which has been strained in a cloth or paper bag or filter,  to remove the whey giving a consistency between that of yogurt and cheese,
